Food is love

My Mom and both Grandmothers have always been really good cooks. They have also taught me to be strong-willed, outspoken, and not to be afraid of anything… except when it comes to making biscuits. Biscuits had better be perfect! Can I get an Amen?
My mom’s mother still has us all beat to this day with her biscuit recipe. Our family would always get together during the week and on Sundays; the gatherings have always revolved around food. Some of the best memories were created around some of the best meals. I grew up surrounded by great cooks, and I hope to pass that legacy on to my children.
